As Chairman of NHPO-RGV, it is with great pride and excitement that I announce our upcoming annual gala, "Leaders in The Making." This year’s event is particularly special as we celebrate 20 years since the inception of our organization. Our gala will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at The Radisson McAllen Airport Hotel. This enchanting evening, themed "A Night in Hollywood," will be a tribute to our community’s brightest young minds. We will be awarding scholarships to two exceptional high school seniors and two current college students who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and potential. In recognition of this milestone, we offer various levels of sponsorships to support this celebratory event. 2023 "LEADERS IN THE MAKING" SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering support of NHPO-RGV. Your resounding endorsement empowers us to proudly reinstate the "Leaders In The Making" scholarships. Our dedicated Board of Directors has united in granting these scholarships to local High School Seniors, Class of 2023. A distinguished scholarship will be bestowed upon the child of an active NHPO-RGV member.
This year, we have enriched our scholarship offerings to encompass community members as well. We are thrilled to announce 3 additional scholarships for members within our community. These supplements complement our existing Endowment Fund established at UT-RGV.
NHPO-RGV remains steadfast in its commitment to amplifying opportunities for our members and nurturing the growth of future community leaders from within. Together, we continue to build a stronger and more vibrant tomorrow.
