NHPO-RGV participated at the 2023 Empty Bowls Paint Party Kick Off for the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley.
Bowls will be given at the Food Bank RGV's Empty Bowls Luncheon on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, where attendees will get to enjoy tastings from over 35 local restaurants while supporting a great cause.
